· Domestic within AUS via Australia Post: Standard Post $10.00. Express Post $15.00.

· New Zealand via Australia Post: Standard Post $12.00. Express Post $20.00.

· International: Australia Post Express or FedEx Priority - rate calculated at checkout.

OUR RETURN POLICY

 If you need to return one of our items, please carefully read and identify the appropriate return process below and follow the steps accordingly. Should your request not meet our below policy standards, it will not be eligible for return and therefore will be declined.

Change of Mind

Full-priced items
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you are welcome to return it for a store credit note, minus shipping and handling fees.

Sale items
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you are welcome to return it for a store credit note, minus shipping and handling fees.

Clearance
We do not offer returns for any items on clearance.  

Please note that return shipping for Change of Mind returns is at the expense of the customer. 

All credit notes are processed in AUD and For Love & Living is not responsible for any currency fluctuations between the time of purchase and processing your return.

Faulty

At For Love & Living we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty, we will happily honour a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) within 7 days of receiving your order.

If an item displays a manufacturing fault within 3 months of receiving your order, we will happily honour a replacement. 

To process your return please submit your request via the portal, including photos of the fault and your return will be processed as soon as possible. 

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered faulty. 

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, or something is missing from your order, please submit your return request via the portal selecting any resolution (refund or store credit) and selecting the reason ‘Received Incorrect Item’ and we will ship the correct items to you.

Return Shipping Timeframes

We will endevour to process your return at our earliest convenience. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be initially reviewed and approved. Please also allow up to 48 hours for your return to be resolved upon receival at our warehouse. 

Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind
Change of Mind return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Faulty
If you receive a faulty item or your item displays a manufacturing fault within 3 months of receiving your order, shipping of any replacement item(s), as well as the return shipping of the faulty item(s), is covered by For Love & Living.

Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the incorrect item, or part of your order is missing, shipping of the replacement item(s) and the return shipping of the incorrect item(s) is covered by For Love & Living.
