Our Full Planning Package is a personalised and seamless wedding planning and styling experience for those seeking professional guidance from beginning to end. Together we’ll plan and design a bespoke wedding concept and source vendors to execute your tailored wedding design. We’ll manage the creative direction and administration for complete peace of mind, including sourcing and booking vendors, budget management, and all vendor communication in the lead up to and on the day of your wedding.

 

Package Inclusions


 Before the Day

  • 1 x one-hour initial consultation to discuss your vision, ideas and priorities for your celebration.
  • Unlimited access to our personalised wedding planning platform to guide you through every aspect of planning and preparing for your wedding.
  • 1 x bespoke design brief, including a visual guide and reference for your wedding day.
  • 1 x one-hour consultation at your chosen venue eight weeks before your wedding date to understand the flow and layout and review all wedding plans, supplier information, timelines, and logistics.
  • Preparation and finalisation of a detailed timeline for your wedding day including confirmations for your vendor service bookings and orders.
  • Ongoing phone and email support in the lead-up to your wedding day to provide guidance or answer any questions you may have.


On the Day

  •   1 x Head Stylist/Event Manager for 10 hours and 1 x Assistant Stylist/Event Assistant for 8 hours on the day of your wedding.

PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE


 We have designed our Partial Planning Package for the creative couple with a design direction in mind and have already started the wedding planning process by booking a venue and caters, plus two more major suppliers such as a florist and a photographer. We’ll provide professional assistance to develop your ideas, finesse concepts, source styling elements and manage the wedding day with the added inclusion of our On the Day Coordination service.

We begin the styling journey by experimenting with textures, colours, and florals to create depth, cohesion, and impact for your ceremony and reception. We take great care to design a space that feels like you. With thoughtful details, we’ll create a truly unique experience for you and your loved ones, imbued with authenticitya space you can admire, enjoy and remember for a lifetime.

  • 1 x one-hour consultation at your chosen venue eight weeks before your wedding date to walk you through the flow and layout of your day. Together we’ll review all styling elements and the all-important wet weather contingency plan.
  • Preparation and finalisation of a detailed floor plan for your wedding day distributed to your styling related wedding suppliers.
  • Ongoing phone and email support in the lead-up to your wedding day to provide guidance or answer any questions you may have.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION


 Our On the Day Coordination service offers comprehensive logistics and supplier management in the lead-up and on the day of your wedding, with the benefit of professional styling. Our team will liaise with vendors to confirm booking details, collate information, and finalise the run sheet for your wedding day. We’ll set up styling, field questions, supervise the set up of furniture, and assist with guest management, leaving you and your loved ones to relax and be present in the moment. 

 

Package Inclusions


 Before the Day

  • 1 x one-hour consultation at your chosen venue eight weeks before your wedding date for you to hand over to us all wedding plans including your run sheet draft, booked supplier information, timelines, and logistics.
  • Access to our dedicated and personalised wedding planning platform where you can prepare for your eight-week handover by adding in your guest RSVPs, wedding day timeline and supplier contact details.
  • Finalisation of a detailed run sheet for your wedding day. We’ll liaise with all vendors to confirm all service bookings and orders on your behalf.

 

On the Day

  • 1 x Event Manager for 10 hours on the day of your wedding.
  • Supervising supplier’s set-up to ensure your plan is executed to your wishes.
  • Assist with overall guest management tasks such as seating guests at your ceremony in accordance with outlined time frames.
  • Work with your suppliers to stay on time, fulfil your wishes and ensure a high level of service.
  • Onsite to oversee and manage the setup and pack down of styling vendors, such as your florist, cake supplier, furniture, decor hire and stationery.
  • Unpack and set up, including placing stationery (menus/place cards), wedding favours, signage (welcome sign/seating chart), wishing well, and a guest book.
  •  Assist with the repurposing of some small décor items from ceremony to reception.
  •  Induct suppliers and provide necessary access and event information.
  • Oversee food and beverage service.
  •  Field questions, assist with necessary guest enquiries like mobility access and mitigate any problems.

SET UP PACKAGE


Trust our team of professionals to set up furniture, decor, and styling elements on your wedding day, leaving you and your loved ones to prepare for your day. With your detailed brief, we will expertly set up and present your space beautifully, carefully considering the overall functionality, ready for you and your guests to enjoy.
 

Package Inclusions 


  • 2 x professional wedding stylists onsite for 6 hours to set up furniture, decor and styling requirements for your ceremony and reception.
  • Set up all your pre-organised hire and styling items according to your floor plan and theme.
  • Unpack and set up all items supplied by the Bride and Groom, such as wedding favours, wishing well, guest book and stationery.

      PACK DOWN PACKAGE


      Our Pack Down Package is perfect for DIY couples requiring a team of professionals to pack down styling items carefully after the wedding. We’ll pack down, collect your styling elements, and store your items safely, ready for your collection.
