To maintain the integrity and longevity of your linen

• Wash separately in cold water or lukewarm water
• For stubborn stains, stain spot remove with a cleaning product that contains no bleach or whiteners
• Do not soak your linen for longer than 5 minutes
• Avoid putting your linen in a dryer and instead air dry in the shade
• Store linen in a dry place with ventilation

Our orders are shipped via Australia Post and FedEx (where applicable).

We offer complimentary shipping within Australia for orders over $250.

For orders under $200:

• Standard - $10
• Express - $15

New Zealand Orders

• Standard - $12
• Express - $20

International Orders

Australia Post Express or FedEx Priority - rate calculated at checkout.

Full-priced items
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you are welcome to return it for a store credit note, minus shipping and handling fees.

Sale items
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you are welcome to return it for a store credit note, minus shipping and handling fees.

Clearance
We do not offer returns for any items on clearance.  

Please note that return shipping for Change of Mind returns is at the expense of the customer. 

All credit notes are processed in AUD and For Love & Living is not responsible for any currency fluctuations between the time of purchase and processing your return.

Faulty
At For Love & Living we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty, we will happily honour a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) within 7 days of receiving your order.

If an item displays a manufacturing fault within 3 months of receiving your order, we will happily honour a replacement. 

To process your return please submit your request via the portal, including photos of the fault and your return will be processed as soon as possible. 

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered faulty.
